Apex Trampoline Club takes welfare, ethics and child protection very seriously. All of our staff are trained in Safeguarding and Child Protection and we have a permanent Welfare Officer, Emma Payton, who is happy to discuss any questions relating to welfare and child protection and her details are available on the staff page here. Emma is overseen by the British Gymnastics County Welfare Officer Verity Adams, who in turn is responsible to the Regional Welfare Officer Avril Springs who is also the current Deputy President of British Gymnastics.

Alongside Safeguarding and Child Protection we follow the British Gymnastics and Government policies and guidelines regarding vulnerable adults, equal opportunities, accidents and incidents, communication, behaviour and zero tolerance policies. We maintain strict codes of conduct not just for our athletes but also for staff, helpers and parents and maintain a strict zero tolerance policy for bullying and abusive behaviour. For further details please contact our club manager Fiona Tredgett for information on any of these policies.
